VENDOR ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Vendor Management Unit of the Georgia Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is responsible for the application and operational processes of all currently authorized and prospective vendors.

Vendor applications are accepted on a continual basis throughout the year except July 1 through September 30, unless necessary to ensure adequate participant access. If you would like to become an authorized vendor for the WIC program in Georgia, please complete the vendor application and vendor agreement forms listed below. It is the responsibility of the prospective vendor to accurately complete and submit all documentation to Georgia’ WIC. All inquiries regarding registration for a required vendor training session, application status and vendor agreement processes should be directed to the toll free customer service hotline 1-866-814-5468 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday except during approved state holidays.
