Working Groups

Working Groups accomplish specific Committee functions; membership is determined at the time of formation. The Working Group leader is the point of contact between the Committee and the Working Group. This person provides progress reports to the Committee Coordinator. The Working Groups may call upon the Committee Coordinator for coordination of Working Group meetings.

The Working Group shall prepare a final report to document the completion of assigned tasks. The report will include a statement of the Task; a narrative describing the background of the issue the task addresses; a discussion of the effect recommendations have on Division, Program, District, and County operations, and an estimated cost required to implement and maintain recommendations or task outcomes as appropriate.
