Tanning Facilities Registration Program
REGISTERED FACILITIES 
Mission:
Inform users and operators of the health risks associated with exposure to ultraviolet radiation emitted from tanning devices.
Program Goals:
- Register all tanning facilities mandated by the Georgia Code.
- Maintain database of registered tanning facilities.
- Provide information on the risks associated with indoor tanning devices.

Registration Application and Information:
After January 1, 2011, no person shall establish, maintain, or operate a tanning facility in the state without first having registered with the Department of Public Health.
