- Georgia Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Initiative Focus Group Summary
- Focus groups were conducted with four priority populations: African Americans, the elderly, rural populations and youth. The purpose of the focus groups was to determine supports and barriers to healthy eating and physical activity, including environmental supports, and to solicit ideas about community resources needed to foster healthy eating and physical activity. This report describes both the progress and a summary of findings.
