General Guidelines

• Blood pressure Every 1-2 years
• Cholesterol Begin at age 45 and then every 3 years
• Cholesterol (men) Begin at age 35 and then every 5 years
• Diabetes (blood sugar) Begin at age 45 and then every 3 years
