Link Presentations

For greater flexibility when you present, you can link to other presentations. You can decide during the presentation whether or not to use the links. If you have extra time or a member of the audience asks a relevant question, you click on a link to go to the presentation on that topic.

To link to another presentation:
Save both presentations in the same folder. This helps avoid broken links.
In your main presentation, insert an AutoShape and enter text to indicate the topic of the second presentation.
Press [Crtl+K] to open the Insert Hyperlink dialog box.
Click the Existing File Or Web Page button on the left side of the dialog box. Navigate to the second presentation and click OK.
If you do navigate to another presentation, just press [Esc] to return to the slide that contained the link.
Always test your hyperlinks to make sure they work.
