Cheesy Vegan Black Bean Dip



Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 can tri-color beans (kidney, pinto, and black)

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)

  • tortilla chips & veggies (for dipping!)

Directions:

Rinse and drain beans. Add all ingredients to food processor, and blend until smooth!
