Cheesy Vegan Black Bean Dip Prep Time: 10 Minutes Ingredients:
1 can tri-color beans (kidney, pinto, and black)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
2 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
tortilla chips & veggies (for dipping!)
Directions:
Rinse and drain beans. Add all ingredients to food processor, and blend until smooth!
