in two formats -- colorful bouncing balls, each displaying a wellness tip,
or a calendar-style offering of daily tips - are displayed each day and can
easily be shared on Facebook or emailed to others.

Cleveland Clinic physician-approved daily wellness tips with Wellness Tip of
the Day. Easy-to-follow tips that promote a healthy lifestyle appear on your
screen as colorful bouncing balls and when tapped with your finger, the tips
display more detailed information, such as a "Food Tip" or "Body Tip."
This application features user-friendly screens, including a tip calendar
and a favorites page. You can also email selected tips to friends and family
and, just for fun, grab a ball and throw it around the screen or shake your
