State Charitable Contributions Program Sharing Shows Caring
The state charitable contributions program is Oct. 1-Nov. 30, 2012. These are
challenging economic times for everyone. Giving comes from the heart, and is not
about the dollar amount. You can do a one-time donation of $5 to $10, that when
added to other donations, really can make a difference. DPH employees may visit
here to "Give at the Office." The password is your five digit zip code and
the last four numbers of your social security number. Please also consider a
one-time donation to your favorite charity by

employees have not responded. All state, district and county employees should
complete their database by Oct. 30. If you are having problems accessing the
system, please send an email to
ASKDPH@dhr.state.ga.us and request assistance. Thank you to the 765 state
employees and 1,804 county employees who have updated their information in the
database.
