State Charitable Contributions Program Sharing Shows Caring

The state charitable contributions program is Oct. 1-Nov. 30, 2012. These are challenging economic times for everyone. Giving comes from the heart, and is not about the dollar amount. You can do a one-time donation of $5 to $10, that when added to other donations, really can make a difference. DPH employees may click here to visit  "Give at the Office." The password is your five digit zip code and the last four numbers of your social security number. Please also consider a one-time donation to your favorite charity by visiting here.
Thank you!
