DPH Group Exercise Classes now at 2 Peachtree
Group exercise classes are now being offered Monday and Wednesday at 3:45 pm and Tuesday and Thursday at noon in 16-105. The walking group meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday at noon and Tuesday and Thursday at 4 p.m. at the first floor fitness center entrance. Stay in SHAPE Contest Winners Announced
Dozens of students around Georgia entered the Stay in SHAPE contest during September, declared SHAPE Month by Gov. Nathan Deal. Through videos, pictures and even poems, kids showed how they stay healthy by practicing martial arts, playing basketball, swimming and other activities.
