Chavis Paulk Joins Clayton County Board of Health
 

Chavis Paulk has joined the staff of the Clayton County Board of Health as the district administrator. Paulk will provide oversight and day-to-day management for administrative and fiscal services, as well as building operations and information systems. Paulk brings to the job a keen acumen in accounting and fiscal services having served as assistant controller, financial reporting and general ledger, Georgia Perimeter College (2012); financial reporting and general ledger manager, Office of the Financial Services, Georgia Department of Human Services (2008-2012); senior budget manager, Department of Finance, city of Atlanta (2007-2008); and revenue and technology manager, Department of Administrative Services, city of Decatur (2004-2007). Paulk has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fort Valley State University and a Master of Public Administration from Albany State University.
