DPH Graphics Team Provides Guidelines for New Logo
Now
that the Georgia Department of Public Health (DPH) has a new look, the
division of communications graphics team would like to share some
guidelines for public health staff who would like to use the new logo.
The new DPH logo is located on
PHIL under Communications.
The logo is available as a JPEG file and can be downloaded in small or
large. This image is for placement on a white background only. For
placement of the logo on any other color please contact the
communications graphics team (vrjacobs@dhr.state.ga.us,
jclanton@dhr.state.ga.us).
Any public health employee who wants to use the logo needs to first
review the Branding and Style Guide and the Branding Implementation
Guide located on PHIL for further instructions and guidance.
An updated business card order form, letterhead, PowerPoint template,
and several other frequently used documents are now on PHIL as well.
The division of communications graphics team is at the disposal of the
programs of DPH. The team is happy to work on any project from concept
to completion, from brochures and scientific posters to annual reports,
conference materials and displays.
The team asks that employees speak with them at the beginning of the
project so time is allowed for planning, creativity, edits, printing and
any necessary shipping.
The team has a minimum two week turn around for all projects. Larger
projects may take longer. Public health employees should review the
communications blue sheet approval process and signature page document
located on PHIL.
The graphics team is here to serve the programs of DPH and looks forward
to working with DPH employees on their graphics needs!
