Ready Ga. App Nominated for Award
The Ready Georgia app has been selected by the Georgia Technology Authority's Innovation Showcase to be submitted to the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) for the 2012 State IT Recognition Awards.

The  mobile app, created by the Georgia Emergency Management Agency and the Georgia Department of Public Health, is an interactive tool that makes it easier than ever to be prepared for emergencies. The app includes robust features not previously available in one mobile application.
Winners will be notified in August.
