The application Women's Health is a tool designed for women with the goal of providing research-based information on women's health and promoting healthy lifestyles.

Created by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Office of Research on Women's Health (ORWH), the application contains a year's worth of practical health information on 52 alphabetical health topics. It is an example of how information gained from scientific research can be translated into tips that may help women and their families reduce health risks and improve their quality of life.

The application features a scrollable menu screen for convenience access to all health topics as well as a glossary of terms. Users can keep track of different personal health-related information such as medications, medical conditions, disabilities and allergies on the application.

Users can also document daily thoughts and occurrences, compile an archive of favorite health topics for future reference and set and track progress of personal goals in a number of various life categories. Last but not least, the application features different themes for personalization and a password-lock option to protect private information.
