InSTEP Action Begins!
Participants enrolled in the 2 Peachtree worksite wellness program, InSTEP, officially begin the program today. Participants will log into the InSTEP website to record their activity and healthy choices every day. Participants can also view video of the recommended activities to do during
brain breaks. Get moving!
