"This is Public Health" Student Video Contest

The HealthSTAT and Partner Up! for Public Health “This is Public Health” video contest is underway. Launched in November 2011, the contest asked students to create short videos highlighting public health in their communities. In concert with the national “This is Public Health ” campaign run by the Association of Schools of Public Health, Partner Up! has distributed the campaign’s signature red stickers to public health students across Georgia. Students are using the stickers to creatively bring attention to the importance and breadth of public health in their local community.

Video Contest submissions are due March 1, and the winning video will be announced the following Friday, March 9. The winning video will be featured on the Partner Up! website , and the team will receive free admission to the Georgia Public Health Association (GPHA) annual conference in April.
