Georgia Licensed Pharmacists, Physicians, and Pharmacies interested in receiving and dispensing Georgia Department of Public Health Antiviral Drugs for Uninsured or Under Insured Patients must complete the Provider Registration for Georgia Department of Public Health Antiviral Drugs for Uninsured or Under Insured Patients. All providers must agree to dispense prescription at no charge to the Department of Community Health or its Divisions. If a provider deems it necessary to charge a fee for the dispensing of government provided antivirals, any fee charged should not exceed the regional Medicaid rate for administrative fees. An administrative fee not to exceed $4.63 may be charged to the client but should be based upon the clients' ability to pay. No client should be turned away due to an inability to pay. All partners shall comply with Federal and State legal requirements for dispensing drugs including O.C.G.A. §26-4 and O.C.G.A. §16-13 and Georgia State Board of Pharmacy Rules and Regulations.

Providers will be responsible to counsel and provide patient prescription information to patients.
Providers are required to report the aggregate quantity of courses dispensed weekly to: Georgia Strategic National Stockpile Program via email at sns@dhr.state.ga.us or by fax at 404-463-1416.
The weekly reporting deadline will be close of business each Wednesday beginning the week after delivery.
