The surveillance sites are grouped into four geographical regions, North Georgia, Metro Atlanta, Central Georgia, and South Georgia. The North Georgia region is comprised of three sites: Rome, Gainesville, and Athens; Central Georgia includes data from Macon, Columbus and Augusta; South Georgia incorporates data from Savannah and Albany.
